		<description><![CDATA[Nice workout.  Started out at 4mph for 5 minutes, went to 5mph until 2mi, went to 5.3 until 3mi, went to 6.0 until 4.7 miles or 55 minutes, went back to 5/4/3 at 60 minutes.  Total is 5.19 miles.
