2hr crosstrain

Gym, lighter weights. Allowing left shoulder to come back slowly. Want to start taking notes so I can take advantage of specific training for muscle groups. Let’s see. Did do more leg-specific exercises tonight, when I normally don’t.

Stayed in aero the entire time. Weight now balanced and over the fork. Pressure points light on elbows, so more comfortable the entire time. Comfort adjustments in the seat but not bad. Hey, what’s up?

Been a while.  Just finished moving and getting rid of plenty of stuff.  Things are just settling down now.
