Finally happened after months of waiting.  So many came close, but lightning did strike twice at IM Lousville (Kentucky).
Nick did a 9:39 and Marty did a 9:56.   The pros usually are in the 8 hour range, so their times are incredibly good for age groupers.   Good luck in Kona, guys!

Track workout tonight

My Ironman pursuit is taking high priority at this point. I made up my mind over the weekend to lower my running hours in favor of picking up more bike workouts. At least for 2 months.
